Returns & Cancellations

  • We take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. However,if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customized or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.

  • Return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at 'lavijach@gmail.com' with your order number and reason for return.

  • ❌ Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted as the order may already be in production or dispatched.

  • For custom or pre-order jewellery, cancellations are not applicable once the process has started.

  • To cancel an order, contact us at 'lavijach@gmail.com/contact form' with your order details.

  • 📦  Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be credited within 7–10 working days to your original method of payment.
